Globalization of this script is interpreted tension between three process. First dimension of political globalization is geopolitics of global power. Second is an increase of global normative culture like sustainable development considering the environment. The last is a polycentric network which linked to appearance of world governance.

 

  Political globalization is appeared to part of transform into nationality and citizenship, public sector and political communication, civil society, space and border. Global normative culture leads an ambiguous border between nations and

international law, and gives effect to seperate of nationality and citizenship. Communication in national language is standardized continually, also play an important role in politics. Also, global normative culture will take central part of the formation political communication. But, global normative culture was dispersed in public sectors and relocated to various social agents.

 

  Global civil society has a contradictory tendencies which centrally undergo in globalization. First contradiction is forced identification over respect of national distinction. Second is an act of individually-national power while a new type of autonomy is allowed.

 

  As a result of globalization, a politics was rebuild, this is constrained a revaluation of a role in spaces and borders which construct politics. Spaces and borders aren't exclusive but empirical and complex. Consequentially, we can point out three dilemmas. That are occurred in complex relation which appeared in political globalization. Also, that are occurred by the tensions in division of autonomy.

 

  First, democracy is an important condition to membership of nation-state's global community. Nation-state's govern methods are very important in political autonomy. Second, global normative culture is used to mediator for global norms which are sustained by human rights law. Third, polycentric network give an opportunity to new awareness of autonomy and governance. But, at the same time, they create instability and danger. So, political globalization causes a new type of tension.

   I think that political globalization take a fundamental part in globalization by reading this script. When I consider current international society, it is easy to understand that Political globalization allows an autonomy in nation-state and at the same time, compel an uniformity. Basically, international society requires to comply each nation with this rule, but nations carry out limitative-observance. Also, we can easily find that so-called powerful nations put pressure on any other countries.

 

  Such as English has become the lingua franca, I can understand that national language is standardize from political globalization.

 

  As I study a globalization harder, I learn a double-sidedness of globalization. Political globalization, studying in this script, shows well a reality which interlink with each nation's interest. It is a great help to understand why always new type of tensions appear.

  Are we say that a negative result of political globalization for IS(Islamic State)? I think that IS has expanded their's influence to kill and terror for religious reasons by transnational interaction. I consider that IS has formed a tension of the world over the Middle East.
