Incapacitating their ethic group and nation, There are no Boundary each nation , and beget numerous confusion in worldwide. This is very worrisome point in impact of globalization.

In this complicated situation, Writer focused on five related problems. 

First , Geographical distribution and Scale of multinational enterprise.

-> multinational enterprise is covered one side. For example an advanced country. Because of advanced country have more scale of market and demand compared to backward country.

It is the same situation about Scale. Locating Close to Advanced Country is more profitable to Entrepreneur.

Second, Why and How corporations engage in tansnational activities.

-> In fact , the first firms to engage in manufacturing production outside their home country did not emerge until the second half of the nineteenth century. Afher world war 1, 1914 numerous numbers of US,UK and some continental European establish companies increasingly transnationlized.

In this season, The number of Transnational Company in the world has gorwn exponentially.

Third, There is the geographical embeddedness of transnational corporations.

-> Transnational corporations have a character about embeddedness similar to chaining process for example, Star Bucks , Angel In Us.. this connection cause to imbalance compared other minor corporations.

-> enterprise is similar concept to chaining process. This enterprise enforced to connection and growth of transnational production network.

5^th point is the power relationships between TNCs and other actors in the global economy.

-> TNC have partnership with major actors like capitalist or businessman.

oriented. There are several reasons why this is so. A firm may have reached saturation point in its
