This statistics shows how many percents of people reply to question: That women have the same rights as men is essential characteristic of democracy?

People who say that women have the same rights as men is an essential characteristic of democracy have highest ratio with 81.4% in Sweden. And Lowest ratio with 16.5% in Singapore. Sweden people think that women have the same right as men so we can see status of women in Sweden is respected.

On the contraty to this, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore has kind of lower ratio compared with Netherland and Sweden.

Most impressive thing is that people who answer is crowded majorly to 10 level in Sweden. That means majority of Sweden people thinks STRONGLY that women have the same rights as men.

Different from this, other countries shows a pretty even distribution on answers by degree.
